詹姆斯·库克大学(James Cook University，JCU)位于澳大利亚北昆士兰着名海滨城市汤斯维尔市，地处举世闻名的世界遗产大堡礁中心地带，面积386公顷，覆盖整个澳大利亚东北部的公立大学，也是澳大利亚国内最出类拔萃的研究性大学之一。校名取自18世纪英国着名的航海探险家詹姆斯·库克。
